Dieses Hotel ist eines der schönsten, freundlichsten, entspanntesten aber gleichzeitig luxuriösesten Häuser in denen ich je war! Das Personal ist hochprofessionell, hat immer ein offenes Ohr und löst jedes noch so kleine oder große Problem seiner Gäste zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Die Zimmer sind traumhaft schön und das Ambiente für alle Sinne ansprechend. Eigentlich bin ich nie ein Fan von Urlaub in Deutschland gewesen aber nun habe ich tatsächlich ein Hotel gefunden, in welches ich gerne zu jeder Jahreszeit Gast sein möchte! Vielen Dank!

Leider gibt es in der Bewertung nur ein sehr gut oder ein befriedigend. Ich würde das Haus mit „gut“ bewerten, gemessen an der Kategorie. Wir waren bereits mehrfach im Kurhaus, mussten aber bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt feststellen, dass die Qualität etwas nachgelassen hat, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Ich hätte mir eine größere Auswahl am Buffet gewünscht, so wie es im Travel Charme üblich war. Die Zimmer kommen langsam in die Jahre und könnten etwas „Auffrischung“ vertragen. Das Personal ist nach wie vor sehr serviceorientiert und Rezeption und Haustechnik sehr freundlich.

Wir besuchen das Kurhaus Binz seit Jahren mehrfach. Das alte Team ist da - Glück 🍀 für das Haus- dieses Niveau ist man von Anderen Arosa Häusern nicht gewohnt. An Silvester überlies der Direktor das Feld dem Personal und zog Sich immer wieder zurück. Er kann froh sein das er das Personal hat. Die Küche ist sensationell! Wir gucken mal wie es in dem Haus zu Ostern ist

Review for A-ROSA Kurhaus Binz on Rügen I had a wonderful stay at the A-ROSA Hotel in Binz. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were simply excellent - everything was perfect. I was also impressed by the leisure options. The spa area, the swimming pool and the fitness room were in very good condition and rounded off my stay perfectly. I can only recommend the hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Vi förväntade oss mer!
Hade nog förväntat oss mer på denna typ av boende. Osmidig check in där vi fick bära in och ut våra saker ur bilen för att komma till rätt del av hotellet. Rummet var stort men gammal stil och med stenhårda sängar.
Vi valde att äta i hotellets restaurang på kvällen, vilket vi förväntade oss mycket utav.
Maten som kom in liknade mer en skolmatstallrik, några koka potatis, skrek fryst spenat och några stekta bitar fisk, trots att vi valde en av de dyrare rötterna. Vi blev dock kompenserade av både servitris och managern dagen efter, som proffsigt fått information om vårt missnöje. Känns inte som ett ställe att komma tillbaka till. Vi med våra 40 år, var lätt de yngsta på detta pensionärs-hotell.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa
Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Spa Bereich, Zimmer groß und komfortabel, aber ein wenig hellhörig. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück für ein Hotel dieser Klasse eher unterdurchschnittlich, nur abgepackte Wurst, wenig frisches Obst und wenig Platz im Frühstücksraum (Wartezeit), Eier werden je nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet, das war super.
Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder…

Superb (but bring your own slippers, 😉)
The stay, location and standard is great.
However the slippers provided by the hotel is a joke. They might be produced from recycled materials but they didn't last back from the spa.
